Liberty Ridge Farm in Schaghticoke, NY welcomes vendors at select summer festivals. Special preference is given to vendors who provide local services or who sell local or American-made products.

Festivals are from 10am-4pm
Vendors may begin setup at 9am
The price for a single 10’ wide x 10’ deep space is $50. To reserve a double booth, you may submit two reservations. If you require electricity, please contact to the Farm office.
Reservations are first come-first served and payment in full is required upon registration.
Exhibitors are responsible for providing a tent with a solid backdrop to cover the back of your tent in accordance with your artistic ingenuity. It will be your responsibility to bring the things you need such as tables, chairs, hardware and linens.
Exhibitors agree to obtain all necessary permits and licenses to comply with local and state ordinances. There will be no subleasing of spaces and exhibitors agree to adhere to the advertised event hours.
Due to our food service operations on the Farm, concessionaires are not accepted as vendors.
After your reservation has been received, our staff will review it. If for any reason we deem your business ineligible, your reservation will be refunded and you will receive a cancellation email. For all approved vendors, booth reservations are non-refundable.
In the event of a rain-out of your selected event, you will be automatically rescheduled to a rain date.
