Baked Celebration Squash Recipe:

Pile of orange and green celebration squash

Celebration squash is available for purchase at the Market Barn during our annual Fall Festival! Grown right here on the farm.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2: Wash the outside of the squash

Step 3: Cut off the ends of the squash then cut into half and scoop out all seeds. If desired, cut into quarters or leave the squash in halves

Step 4: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (this makes for easy clean up)

Step 5: Brush each halve or quarter with olive oil, then sprinkle pepper over the top.

Step 6: Sprinkle a dusting of brown sugar or brush maple syrup over the squash

Step 7: Bake for 25 – 35 minutes or tender with a fork

Step 8: Enjoy!
