to your organization:
Private Campfire Sites
Day or night, our Private Campfire Sites, complete with picnic tables, roasting sticks and seating, are the perfect setting for casual company retreats or teambuilding activities for groups of 100 or less. Campfire Sites are reserved for five hours. Choose a catering package to be delivered right to your campfire site or bring in your own food. (Please note, alcohol is not permitted at the site) We get the campfire started for you and supply the wood, picnic tables, benches, roasting sticks and lots of fall fun! Campfire sites are $50.00 for 5 hours plus admission for each person.

Event Tent
Our Event Tent is a fantastic option for larger company retreats. The 40’ x 100’ event tent offers a private space for your event, while still keeping you and your guests just steps away from the wide array of activities offered at the farm. Nestled into the corn maze, it makes a great gathering space for parties of 100 guests or more. Seating for 200 is offered and there’s plenty of room to add additional tables and chairs. The farm’s Director of Fun (event planner) works directly with the caterer. A menu specifically designed for Liberty Ridge Farm is served buffet style. The event tent is $500 for the length of your occasion plus admission for each person.

Harvest Room
The Harvest Room in the lower level of the Gifford Barn is an excellent option for parties of 100 or less. Adorned to celebrate the bounty of the season with corn stalks, mums and pumpkins, picnic tables to seat your guest can also be used for activities such as pumpkin carving and painting. Your choice of items fresh from the farm’s kitchen will be served buffet style. No alcohol is allowed in this area. The use of the Harvest Room is $100 for four hours plus admission for each person.
