“Pumpkin Fest is a great way to get that special Jack-o-lantern for Halloween,” said Owner Cynthia Gifford, “and it’s not too late to Vote with your Feet in our Election 08 Corn Maze.”

The Election 08 Corn Maze, the Capital Regions original and largest corn maze, is a 12 acre labyrinth of pathways through the Republican Elephant, the Democrat Donkey, and Troy’s own Uncle Sam.  Everyone, 4 to 94, can ‘vote with their feet’ and cast a ballot for the party of their choice in this years Election 08.

In addition to the Pumpkin Fest activities families can enjoy all the fun at Liberty Ridge Farm with Camp Celebration, Brad’s Barnyard, and The Gifford Barn.  Kids love playing in the barnyard of family farm adventure, featuring the Hill Billy Band, Giant Gerbil Wheels, Pig races, trolley rides and feeding the farm animals.

Friday and Saturday nights in October are Haunted Nights at Liberty Ridge Farm, with the Election 08 Maze becoming a Field of Screams.  The special admission events include the Forest of Fear and the Fort Hunter Stockade of Fright.
