Liberty Ridge Farm, an agricultural tourism destination and home of the Election 08 Corn Maze, has announced the completion and availability of The Gifford Barn at Liberty Ridge Farm. Nestled on the banks of the historic Hoosic River, The Gifford Barn offers panoramic views, farm fresh air and acres of picturesque countryside for group activities.
The Gifford Barn provides a country venue for a variety of custom designed party packages and is now available for weddings, parties, corporate events and family gatherings. The facility features the Quincy Room, The Harvest Room, outdoor event tent areas, and private campfire sites. The Gifford Barn chef offers farm fresh local products in a variety of menu’s designed to fit all occasions, from a farm lunch to a wedding extravaganza.

For Corporate events, such as company picnics, seminars and retreats, the Gifford Barn provides professional services which include an on-site Team Building Facilitator, internet access and meeting breakout rooms. The team-building activities encourage individuals to work efficiently together in a fresh air outdoor experience of mild exercise.
The Rustic beauty of the Gifford Barn provides an ideal setting for weddings, with a grand wrap-around deck overlooking the Hoosic River. The Gifford Barn offers family gatherings, reunions and holiday parties; the choice of catered indoor events, outdoor picnic areas, and the full farm of family activities. They include Camp Celebration, a community of cottages for the ultimate in Birthday Celebrations. Each Camp Celebration cottage is a private room for your party, with a porch and two picnic tables located right in Brad’s Barnyard. Birthday Party activities feature the Hill Billy Band, Li’l Farmersville, pig races, trolley rides, and feeding the farm animals.
The Gifford Barn is available for events and outings July through October, and each event has the use of all the outdoor activities the farm has to offer, including the Election 08 Corn Maze and Brad’s Barnyard of family fun adventure. This year the 12 acre Election 08 corn maze features the Republican Elephant, the Democrat Donkey and Uncle Sam inviting everyone to “Vote with your Feet”.
