Every fall weekend is an event at Liberty Ridge but something extra special is going on...

Special Weekend Events:

September 18th and 19th

9th Annual Sweet Corn Festival

1pm to 5pm

It’s Everything Corn! Bring the family out for opening weekend and enjoy the last of the summer season. There are fun contests with prizes such as corn husking and corn-on-the-cob eating.

The farm kitchen will be serving up fresh sweet corn on the cob with a variety of seasoned butters to choose from. Our famous corn chowder is made from the freshest local ingredients and boy is it good! New this year corn in a cup, come taste! We grow the gourmet popcorn. Buy it freshly popped or bring a bag of kernels home to pop.

What do chickens eat? Why corn of course! Learn about our chickens first hand. You’ll have the opportunity to feed them their favorite, cracked corn.

Do you know the difference between feed corn and sweet corn? Learn about the different types of corn and what they are used for.

Find out what type of corn makes up the Liberty Ridge Farm maze, and what happens to it after the season.
